Estimated production and delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed to in writing.
Customers are solely responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all digital or printed proofs, embroidery proofs, artwork, and order specifications before production begins.
Ready Set Printshop is not responsible for errors contained in customer-approved proofs or customer-submitted artwork, including but not limited to:
Because of differences in printing equipment, inks, embroidery thread, garments, substrates, materials, coatings, monitors, mobile devices, lighting, and viewing conditions, slight color variations may occur between proofs, previous production runs, screen displays, and finished products.
Such variations are considered normal and acceptable within commercial printing, embroidery, and promotional product industry standards and shall not constitute grounds for rejection or reproduction.
Customers are responsible for supplying production-ready artwork unless design or file-preparation services have been purchased.
Ready Set Printshop is not responsible for issues resulting from customer-supplied files, including:
Artwork used for embroidery may require digitization. Digitization, artwork preparation, or file correction charges may apply when required.
Payment terms are established at the time of order.
Unless credit terms have been approved, payment may be required before production begins.
Orders placed through our website may be charged at the time the order is submitted.
Late payments may incur interest, collection costs, or other fees as permitted by applicable law.
Orders remain the property of Ready Set Printshop until paid in full where permitted by law.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are dependent upon production schedules, product availability, carrier performance, destination, and other factors beyond our reasonable control.
Once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier, Ready Set Printshop is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, redelivery attempts, or customer-requested address changes may be charged to the customer.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by law.
Orders that have entered production cannot be canceled.
If cancellation is approved before production begins, charges may apply for design, prepress, embroidery digitization, setup, materials ordered, garments or promotional products purchased for the project, payment processing, or other work already completed.
Custom printed products, embroidered apparel, promotional products, direct-mail materials, and other custom-produced or personalized items are generally non-returnable except in the event of a verified manufacturing defect or production error caused by Ready Set Printshop.
All content appearing on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, templates, and other materials, is the property of Ready Set Printshop or its licensors unless otherwise noted.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.
Customers represent that they own or have permission to reproduce all artwork, photographs, trademarks, logos, copyrights, text, designs, and other materials submitted for printing, embroidery, promotional products, direct mail, or other production.
